5WAVES, Inc, a NY-based grassroots 501c3 nonprofit, dedicated to increasing awareness and services for sibling sexual abuse is hosting the first conference in the US specifically on sibling sexual abuse, titled Sibling Sexual Trauma and Abuse: Breaking the Silence, in NYS, at Long Island University, Post Campus in Brookville. 

It will be a single-day event, on Tuesday June 23, with an early bird pricing of $200 that is valid through the end of March (light lunch and refreshments included). There will be presentations specifically relevant to staff and professionals who treat children and families affected by SSTA, as well as those aimed at parents and adult survivors of SSTA.
