Mandated Reporter Reference Guides 

NYSCA offers the reference guides, shown above, for Mandated Reporters, which can be used to complement the LESS IS MORE
training or used on their own.  Each guide is 5.5″ wide x 8.5″ deep, 2-sided, with a UV coating.  They are FREE to NYSCA Members in
good standing.  The guides are presently available in English and Spanish.

To order guides, please complete the form below.  Don’t forget to put your shipping address into the form.
PLEASE NOTE:  If you are not a member of NYSCA and would like to purchase some of the Mandated Reporter Reference Guides,
complete the form below.  After you submit your request a NYSCA representative will contact you in regards to payment.

• The Mandated Reporter Reference Guides are $.50 each.  Minimum quantity per order is 50.

• On orders of 50-400 reference guides, add a flat shipping rate of $10 to your purchase total.

• For all orders over 400, add a flat shipping rate of $20.
