NYSCA is excited to offer a follow up training by YWCA White Plains & Central Westchester’s Center for Racial Equity Racial Justice 102!
Racial Equity 102 provides participants with a historical foundation of racism displayed through the values, spiritual beliefs, and policies of individuals that have held decision-making power. This session will explore outcomes of racism often conveyed through covert forms of oppression such as biases and microaggressions. This session will prepare participants to begin to unpack the ways in which our intersectionality is both a barrier and a crucial factor in becoming anti-racist in professional and personal settings.
