One Too Many

One in ten children will be abused before their 18th birthday.

That’s a startling fact!  Join our “One Too Many” statewide initiative addressing this reality, because one child abused is “One Too Many.”

“One Too Many” provides an opportunity to begin a conversation about child sexual abuse, which is often an uncomfortable topic. Learn about the unique role children’s advocacy centers play in providing comprehensive, coordinated and compassionate services to child victims of abuse.  The New York State Children’s Alliance is here to help with a network of 47 Child Advocacy Centers (CACs) in 61 counties throughout New York State. “One Too Many” is a way for everyone to help in the fight against child abuse!

•Share our “One Too Many” video …with family, friends, PTO groups, community organizations and more

•Hashtag on your social channels #OneTooManyNY

•Wear a “One Too Many” lapel pin ($1 each), and show your support of this initiative. Please add a $2 flat shipping fee to all quantities ordered.
